First photos

These are the photos we took during class last week. I had a lot of trouble getting them uploaded at a bigger size, so they are kind of small. Also, there is a noticeable difference in these photos vibrancy and color on here. They just look a little flat or dead to me. They don't look like this in reality. So keep that in mind, and I will be trying to figure that out correct the problem so they look like they are supposed to. Please comment.

Abe, these pictures look beautiful, my favorites are the flower and the iron. I love the vignetting on the flower, it emphasizes the flower well and gives the picture great interest. The iron has great composition and appears to be a very intentional, thought out picture. I feel as though it is a priveledge to see what you see through a view finder, and am excited to continue following your work. I am grateful for your friendship and love you man. Bryan

I really like the shoe and the bunch of grasses. You chose interesting angles that shoot these at. The shoe especially really sets a mood.

My favorite is the shoe, the lighting is dramatic and gives such emotion! I also like the composition in the flowers, it really works well with the lighting. By the way, I'm stealing your idea of putting my mission statement on the blog... are we supposed to do that?

abe, these are beautiful. i loved the texture and the darkness of the shoe. it makes you think that it has been worn a lot and has a lot of stories. The lines of the broom are powerful and really draw your eye in. the contrast and reflection of the iron are striking and catch your eye.
