Mouths






This is my project on mouths. I thought this would be a good idea because people have such different and interesting mouths. While taking these pictures it was interesting how uncomfortable the subjects were. The mouth, and any part of the face for that matter, is a very intimate part of the body. It is hard to let people into our bubble like that. Enjoy!

I love these, like the eyes. But hey man let's throw some more contrast on there=). It doesn't have to be uber contrast, but have the blacks all the way black.

I love your choice of subject matter and how you focused just on the mouths...I agree with the rest of the comments in that contrast would really increase the beauty of these images and make them stronger visually. Play with contrast and brightness as well as trying the white balance dropper to bring out the whites and intensify the darks. You could even play with lens vignetting and see what you think.
